FAQs

  • How do I change my password?
    If you want to amend your password, click on 'Your account' and then click login. You will be able to enter and confirm your new password here.
  • Do I need to register to order?
    Yes. To place an order, you must first register online. We will then set you up with a credit account and registrations can therefore take up to one working day to verify. Verification will be confirmed by email. Click on the link in that email to finalise your registration.
  • How do I place an order?
    Add books to your basket. Once you're happy with your selection, click on the basket icon. You can then review your basket and choose what servicing you require from a series of drop down menus. There will also be a drop down box to put in a voucher code. Once you're happy with your servicing and book selection, click on checkout.
  • How do I pay?
    All orders will be invoiced to your school upon delivery. We will send an invoice to the email address provided the day before delivery, and a paper copy will be included in the parcel. Invoices are payable 30 days from document date. Payment is usually by Bacs. Invoices can be paid by credit card but this will incur a 2% surcharge. If your finance system requires a purchase order number to be applied you can add this in your basket.
  • How do I track my order?
    To keep an eye on the progress of your order, click on 'Your account' on the top right of any page, and then on the 'Your orders' tab. Any orders you have previously committed will be displayed in list form, with the status displayed to the right. Click on an order to view a summary.
  • When will my order arrive?
    In stock titles, where servicing is required, will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Where an order is received before 12pm, and no servicing is required, we will fast track your order. On most occasions these goods will be delivered the next working day.

    If we don't have sufficient stock available to fulfil part of your order we will source from the publisher. Where this is the case, those goods may take approximately 7-10 days to arrive. These will be delivered and invoiced separately from in stock items.

    Your order confirmation email will give you a more detailed indication of when to expect your order.

  • My order has not been delivered, what do I do?
    Most deliveries should arrive within the times stated on your order confirmation email. Where this is not the case, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0121 666 6646.
  • I have received an incorrect or damaged item, what do I do?
    If any books are damaged or incorrect please contact Customer Services on 0121 666 6646. They will arrange a return or credit as necessary.
  • How do I view my purchase history?

    To view your purchase history, click on 'Your account' on the top-right of any page, and then on the 'Your orders' tab. Any order you have previously committed will be displayed in list form, with the status displayed to the right. Click on an order to view a summary.

  • What is the wishlist for?
    The wishlist allows you to list books you may want to purchase at a later date. For example, titles that have not yet been published.
  • What is your refund policy?

    Items without servicing can be returned within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 0121 666 6646 to authorise your return. You are responsible for any postage and packing costs.

    We regret that we cannot accept returns for items that have been serviced to your requirements.
