Furniture Coordinator

We are looking for a Furniture Coordinator to join our busy Furniture Team.
The job involves:
- Providing administrative support to the Furniture team.
- Dealing with incoming furniture enquiries via phone and email and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Taking responsibility for processing customer orders, ordering stock, booking in deliveries, invoicing customers, and arranging dispatch of furniture.
- Maximising relationships with our suppliers, ensuring quality and supply times.
- Supporting the team with furniture project work as required.
The successful applicant will need:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrable ability to prioritise workload.
- To be computer literate and familiar Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- First class attention to detail.
- To be well organised, with good time management skills.
- To be willing to \'muck in\' as needed.
This role is a full-time role.
