Summary

A little toy rabbit dreams of becoming a real rabbit if he is loved enough by his owner.

The velveteen rabbit is a charming, splendid rabbit, but on Christmas morning, amongst all the excitement, he's put in the toy cupboard and forgotten. One night, however, the little stuffed rabbit is retrieved and becomes a boy's favourite toy, cherished above all others.

As time goes on, the velveteen rabbit becomes worn and shabby with so much loving, but he doesn't mind. He is happy to be loved so much. So much, that eventually the magic of the boy's love transforms him into a real - life rabbit.

Perfect for sharing, this is the enchanting classic story about the magical power of love.
